For the past fifteen years, I have cultivated vegetables and fruit in kitchen gardens using sustainable, chemical-free methods of pest control. Fertile soil is the foundation of my gardening practice, with each plant grown from seed and carefully nurtured under cover. I design formal and ornamental vegetable gardens that combine trained fruit, hazel plant supports, and perennial flowers for both beauty and productivity.
As a passionate cook, I take great joy in using seasonal, home produced produce from the garden.
